                              RESOLUTION NO. 21775
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LAWRENCE W.
                 BOYDSTON, RELATIVE TO OPERATION OF HEAVY
                 EQUIPMENT ON VARIOUS CITY CONSTRUCTION
                 PROJECTS, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOURTEEN
                 THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($14,500.00)
                 DURING 1998.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Personal Services Agreement with Lawrence W.
       Boydston, relative to operation of heavy equipment on various
       City construction projects, for an amount not to exceed 
$14,500.00
       during 1998.
